If you can honestly answer yes then we can offer you an outstanding opportunity. We require an Accounts and Administrator of the highest calibre to interface with all our departments at our busy Harley-Davidson dealership in Waterford City.

The Person
Experience in accounts and administration essential. Motor trade dealer management computer systems experience a distinct advantage. You must have a proven track record, possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and an enthusiasm for teamwork. Main Purpose of the Job:
To advise MD/DP and senior managers on financial matters
To constantly monitor cash flow position and advise MD/DP
To monitor financial performance of all departments
To assist and advise all leaders on costs and budgetary performance
To take action to ensure credit/debtors position remains within set parameters.
To ensure that daily operational accounts related functions are performed, i.e.: Cashbook/banking, purchase ledger invoices input.
To administer the vehicle management aspect of the Sales dept, working closely with the Sales team.

The Person

Having experience in a Customer Service environment and a basic understanding of how a motorcycle operates you will be an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who can demonstrate an ability to exceed our customer's high expectations. The successful candidate will be required to develop good working relationships with out customers and suppliers.

Main Purpose of the Job:

SERVICE MANAGER
Are you an outstanding Service Manger?

The Person
You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable control of the Service Department and have full responsibility for financial and operational planning, budgeting, target setting and progressive marketing. Additionally you will be responsible for all the human resourcing requirements for the department including organisation of working patterns, team motivation, recruitment, induction and continuous training. You must have the ability to drive the business forward, have marketing flair, with excellent customer handling standards. You must have a proven and successful career background at managerial level to be considered for this position.

Main Purpose of the Job:
